Short Bio

Below glistening white Cascade peaks, Yvonne Kays writes from the high desert of Central Oregon. A grateful member of Oregon Christian Writers (now Cascade Christian Writers) since 2006, she has published inspirational short story, devotionals, and poetry. Silver Wings Falling Down is based on her uncle’s true WWII story as a B-24 pilot, and is first book in her series, Silver Wings at War. Yvonne has a Masters in Teaching from Lewis and Clark College. An avid reader, she treasures time with grandchildren and enjoys scenic walks. Yvonne and husband Keith live in Bend, Oregon.
